Service Description

Your initial consultation is a comprehensive 90-minute assessment designed to build a clear picture of your current health, health history and the underlying factors that may be contributing to your symptoms. We’ll take a deep dive into your health history, current symptoms, nutrition, lifestyle, medications, supplements and health goals, while also incorporating a range of in-clinic assessments to provide additional insight into how your body is functioning. Your initial consultation includes: Iridology — An assessment of the colour, structure and markings of the iris to explore your individual constitution, inherited tendencies, strengths and areas that may benefit from additional support. CardiAction Pulse Wave Analysis — Goes beyond a standard blood pressure reading to assess key aspects of cardiovascular function, including central blood pressure, arterial stiffness, heart efficiency and other markers that can help identify areas of cardiovascular health requiring attention. VLA Body Composition & Cellular Health Analysis — Provides insight beyond weight alone, assessing body fat, muscle mass, body fluid distribution and cellular health to give us a valuable baseline for monitoring your progress. Urine & Saliva pH Testing — Provides additional information about acid–alkaline balance and helps build a broader picture of digestive and metabolic health. By combining your health history with these objective assessments, we can begin connecting the dots rather than looking at symptoms in isolation. From here, I can determine whether any additional testing may be beneficial and develop a personalised naturopathic approach based on your individual needs.
