Service Description

Think of your follow on naturopathic consultations as your professional health coaching appointments. The purpose of these appointments is to educate you, guide you, encourage you, help you become your own best expert at figuring out what works for you, help keep you on track and get you back on track if you temporarily fall off. The idea is that after the first 3-6 months of regular appointments you will know enough to maintain your health and wellness and then you can continue to check in every few months or get retested as you need to keep you in the best health possible.
