Service Description

If at any stage you need support with a short-term acute health concern such as a cold or flu, sore throat, cough, uncomplicated UTI or minor injury you don’t necessarily need to wait for your next full consultation. A short 15-minute phone consultation allows us to quickly discuss what’s happening and determine the most appropriate naturopathic support to help relieve symptoms and support your recovery. When appropriately prescribed, herbal and nutritional medicines can be incredibly effective for acute conditions and can help support your body’s natural immune and healing response. These appointments are designed for existing clients and straightforward acute concerns. If your symptoms suggest that medical assessment or treatment is required, I’ll always recommend the appropriate next step.
